Hey,

I'm not sure if I'm in the right place for this, but I'm looking around for people who might be able to help me identify a song by some fragments of lyrics. . .

I was out with some girlfriends at a club the other night, and they were playing this song. It would fit into the pop/dance genre, it was contemporary.

Like I said, it was a club, and it was loud (that and there were some yuppie kids being totally loud). All I was able to get from the lyrics were these pieces:

. . .once you're the one who's taking time slow. . . you're lying you told me once you were never gonna make me cry. . .
